At Hitman Solutions, we work in homes during some of the most important and even stressful moments of people’s lives. Whether it’s discovering an issue during a home inspection, addressing long-standing water problems, or helping homeowners understand how to keep their foundation stable for years to come, trust is at the heart of everything we do. This year, we are grateful for all of the homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents who placed that trust in us.

A large part of our work happens during active real estate transactions, when timelines are tight and clarity matters most. We’re thankful for the real estate agents who continue to rely on us during the inspection response period and for the buyers and sellers navigating big decisions with a lot on the line.

A Year of Growth and Change

2025 was also a year of growth for Hitman Solutions both in how we serve our customers and how our team continues to evolve.

This year, we moved into a new office, giving our growing team a space that better supports collaboration, training, and continued improvement. We also welcomed three new team members who are already making a meaningful impact:

  • Jade Graves, Estimator
  • Lesley Verhonik, Business Development

Each of them brings valuable experience, a fresh perspective, and a shared commitment to doing what’s right for homeowners and partners alike.

We are not quite done yet. Keep an eye out in early January as we welcome another addition to our team with the arrival of our new Sales Manager.

As we head into the new year, our mission remains the same: to educate and provide long-term solutions that keep homes dry, healthy, and stable across Central Indiana.
