Bill brings over 30 years of experience in foundation repair and waterproofing to his role as Vice President at Hitman Solutions. His extensive knowledge of the industry, gained through years of hands-on experience and leadership, makes him an invaluable asset to the team. Bill plays a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of the company, from day-to-day operations to project scheduling and assisting estimators in problem-solving. His work ethic & dedication are unmatched. When Bill isn't working, he enjoys numerous hobbies. A resident of Plainfield, he's an avid golfer, dedicated umpire, an active member of the Optimist Club & St. Susana Catholic Church, and enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Dell has been in the industry for over 20 years, with 15 of those years spent working with Bill! Known for his unmatched dedication and work ethic, Dell goes above and beyond for clients, often working Realtor hours - including nights and weekends - to ensure deadlines are met. He takes pride in education and sharing his knowledge on Facebook, along with the rest of the Hitman Team. Dell's positive attitude, dedication, and work ethic set the bar high for the entire team. Amanda is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of administrative experience in the construction industry. With several years of experience as a real estate agent, Megan understands the industry’s demands and enjoys collaborating with agents to support both them and their clients. Her enthusiasm for marketing and creativity is matched by her love for the outdoors; you’ll often find her exploring Eagle Creek Park with her husband, Andrew, and their three dogs. Megan is also a DIY enthusiast, currently tackling the challenge of rehabbing a 1990s Class C RV. She’s entering her third season as an assistant coach for Marian University’s Women’s Basketball Team. Megan’s diverse experience, varied interests, and approachable style make her a valuable asset to our team.

Caroline recently joined Hitman Solutions as an Administrative Assistant. She was a Pre-K teacher before joining our team and also owns her own photography business. No matter her role, one thing stays the same and that is her love to help others and the world around her. Caroline's favorite quote is "To live for the hope of it all." Living with the idea of hope is what should drive us to face our personal and career driven challenges. She hopes to make a difference in the lies of others and advocating for what she has a heart for. Beyond the workforce, Caroline enjoys traveling, growing her photography business, spending time in the countryside and being an advocate for mental health. She has a huge passion for first responders as well as the armed forces.
